Cancellation & Return Policy
Important 1: You can request a refund by returning the products you purchased through Mouds.com.tr (in whole or in parts) to us within fourteen (14) days of your order date, provided they are unused.
Important 2: If you purchase MOUDS or PRİZMANET products through Trendyol.com, Hepsiburada.com, N11.com, Gittigidiyor.com, Çiçeksepeti.com, Pttavm.com, Amazon.com.tr, Etsy.com, or Ebay.com, you are subject to the return/exchange and shipping terms of the respective website. The following instructions apply only to orders from mouds.com.tr (!)
Important 3: Due to hygiene regulations, masks and underwear cannot be returned. Cosmetics and personal care products can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, untested, and within their expiration date.
How Do I Cancel or Return?
1. Create an Online Request from Your Membership Account
For order cancellation/return requests, please log in and create an online request from the My Account/Return Requests section, or by sending an email to our WhatsApp line at +90532 734 0530 or to destek@prizma.net. This will allow us to complete your transaction more quickly.
If you are not a member, please create an online request by sending an email to our WhatsApp line at +90532 734 0530 or to destek@prizma.net so we can initiate your return.
2. Prepare your package by including your invoice.
Securely package the products in their original packaging along with your invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, you can access your e-archive invoice from your email address, or contact customer service at 0212 909 44 44 or WhatsApp at +90532 734 0530.

Order Cancellation
According to consumer rights, you can exercise your right of withdrawal from your order before it is delivered to the courier. To do this, you must open an 'Order Cancellation' request in the My Account/Return Requests section before you are notified by email that your order has been delivered, or provide information about the order or product you wish to cancel to destek@prizma.net. If your order has been shipped, you have the right to return it within 14 days, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Refund
The amount of your approved return will be transferred to your payment account or credit card within seven (7) business days, and you will be notified via email. Your bank is responsible for any delays in your return.
